Consultation at Client's Project

*You must have the Discovery Call before commencing with a Consultation*

• The consultation at client’s home is a 90 minute visit, I am there myself or with my contractor.
• We meet, walk the house and talk more in detail about what is needed/desired, priorities, timelines, what we can do, based on what we find, and your overall investment (everyone has a number).
• You get our New Client Folder
• Followed up with written report/Contractor Estimate

If You're ready to move ahead, we discuss and sign my LOA, and my fee for running the project based on the package chosen. then we set a date to begin and commence sourcing/ordering product, choosing paint colors, etc., basically everything that goes into running your project smoothly, so you can do the work you have to do.

If you wish to DIY it yourself, you have the report to work from.
